Niagara Pest Pros is a referral service. We don't perform pest control ourselves; we connect you with independent local pest control providers serving the Niagara Region. This policy explains how we handle personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
When you submit a request: your name, phone number, optional email address, city or town, the type of pest problem, and any details you provide. We also record the date and time of the request and basic technical information (such as browser type) to prevent spam and abuse.
Only to respond to your request: to connect you with an independent local pest control provider who can help, and to follow up about that request.
With your consent (given on the form), we share your request with one or more independent pest control providers serving your area so they can contact you. We don't sell your information to data brokers, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Submitting a request lets us and the provider contact you about that specific request. We won't send you promotional emails or texts unless you separately agree to them, and any commercial electronic message will identify the sender and include a way to unsubscribe.
Requests are stored with our hosting provider, which may process data outside Canada. We keep requests only as long as needed for the purposes above and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them.
You can withdraw consent, or ask to see, correct or delete your information, by using the contact form and noting "privacy request". If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
